We understand that trying new products can be tricky, so we offer a satisfaction guarantee for first-time purchases.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee:
If this is your first order of Plant Muscle Mix and you’re not fully satisfied, reach out to us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll provide a refund, no questions asked.
2. Defective or Quality Issues:
If the product is defective or spoiled, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement. We may ask for photos or other details to better understand the issue and improve our product.
3. Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return or refund request is approved.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Non-Perishable and Opened Products:
Due to safety and quality control, opened products cannot be returned. However, if there’s an issue with taste or quality, we encourage you to contact us for a resolution (see Refund Policy below).
2. Unopened Products:
If the product is unopened and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
3. Damaged Product:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
